G&S SatConnect is the go-to software to simplify your daily business with workflow automation, custom-tailored features and a user-friendly UI.As an independent software solutions provider, G&S SatCom avoids vendor lock-in and doesn't limit G&S SatConnect to certain networks or technologies. Contrary to other solutions, multiple networks can be managed from just one portal while sophisticated algorithms take care of the complex processes which previously were fully manual.
At the SMM, G&S SatCom representatives discussed the current features of G&S SatConnect with Intelsat, Inmarsat and others to identify further needs of the satellite industry. With simplified, template-based provisioning, multi-tenancy support, extensive monitoring features and more, G&S SatConnect already offers most of the requested features out-of-the-box.Apart from that, a support for fair access policies, the possibilities for an integration with billing systems and M2M communication for third party access were considered desirable for this type of solution. All of those points have been put on the roadmap and are expected to be functional by the end of Q4/2018.The interesting and productive conversations delivered valuable feedback and will ensure that further development of G&S SatConnect precisely matches the needs of the industry.
